病護比例失衡　馬英九承諾卸任前提升

【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統與青年有約的行程上午到澎湖縣，他出席在馬公高中舉辦的「北醫楓杏生物醫學研習營」，除以「偏鄉服務，有志醫同」為題發表專題演講外，並與學生對談。對於目前病人與護士人數不成比例問題，馬英九說，他4月時與衛生署長邱文達一起和護理團體聚會，研商出重要的決定，就是在他卸任前，要把白班護理人員跟病人的比例，「提升到1比7」。馬強調，現在我們還做不到，但會馬上努力來做，而未來3、4年的護理人員，估計也會增加9200人。

至於外界憂心內、外、婦、兒科跟急診醫生缺乏的「五大皆空」問題，馬英九也說，政府已提出解決方案，包括提高診察費、提高住院醫師待遇等措施。
