朱立倫訪舊金山　簽友好城市備忘錄

【林媛玲／新北報導】新北市長朱立倫前往美國舊金山進行友好訪問，在美西時間9日上午10點，與舊金山市長李孟賢（Edwin Lee）共同簽署友好城市備忘錄，強調將推動兩市文化、教育、經濟、觀光等更多層面的合作與交流，持續鞏固兩市友誼。
 
朱立倫上任後，去年7月曾到舊金山市政府拜會，Edwin Lee市長也曾於2010年12月間來台觀光，還參觀新北市淡水區，此次2人會面針對招商、就業、交通、水資源及環保等大議題交換意見，另新北市青少棒代表隊也到舊金山與當地城市青少棒隊進行友誼賽。
