坪林老街1車被偷 整街擔憂坪林區公所機要祕書陳燦煌上周六在坪林老街一家雜貨店買東西，把車子暫停在店門口不過一分鐘時間，再回頭車子已被偷開走，陳燦煌自嘲「發生這種事，我是第一個」，這件「大事」也立刻傳開，引起居民議論。

百年歷史的坪林老街，過去是坪林當地的商業活動中心，雖然商業活動已經沒落，在地人並不以為意，反而可以享受寧靜。

有別於其他觀光老街的喧囂，坪林老街只有假日才見遊客到訪，體驗老街樸實風貌；一位阿嬤說「這樣很好，很安靜，最好不要太多人來。」這裡居民生活環境十分單純，治安更是無虞。

不過本月3日上午10時30分，陳燦煌到老街一家雜貨店買東西，把車停在店門口，因為天氣熱，沒有關引擎拔鑰匙，進店裡不過一分鐘時間，車子就不見了。

後來一名外來客人到雜貨店買東西，老闆立刻提醒要把車門上鎖。雖然是一件「小小的」汽車竊盜案，卻成為當地人茶餘飯後談論的大事，也開始提高警覺。
