雞用尿片　抗沙門桿菌疫情

【綜合報導】美國近年爆發致病的沙門桿菌，當局建議民眾避免與禽鳥接觸，不要觸摸牠們的糞便。

來自科州的瑪莉，看準市場尚未有保護裝備，於是發明雞用尿片，讓牠們學習不要隨處便溺，防止病毒擴散。飼養兩隻雞的瑪莉表示這些雞包上尿片後，牠們都相安無事。

沙門桿菌在美國爆發，至今傳出271宗確診病例，當中1人死亡。
