標題[問題] 車禍問題請教!

今天小弟在市政府的室外停車場發生擦撞~ 我是在靜止的狀態~被前車以倒車方式撞到我的前面保險桿~ 下車後我看自己的車前車牌右側翹起來沒啥大礙~本想說就算了! 但因為對方的後保險桿有明顯的一條刮傷~ 且一直堅持是我追撞他的~所以只好請警察來量測!並打電話通知保險專員! 小弟有裝行車紀錄器~星期一檔案會連同基本資料一起交給保險員! 我的疑問是~因為我的車看起來是沒啥大礙~所以如果沒有進廠維修! 是否就無法處罰到對方?! 因為對方一下車態度很差~一直扭曲事實~40~50y 的歐吉桑卻一直昧著良心說話實在是很生氣!!想給他一點懲罰!! 小弟稍後再補影片~(沒用過需要研究一下) 謝謝!! -- 人生不是得到，就是學到.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.185.255.205
