【獨家】腳架卡位搶拍花火節　網友轟蟑螂

【曾佳俊／新北報導】台北大稻埕音樂煙火節明晚8點半豋場，有攝影迷為了捕捉璀璨畫面，昨天傍晚就拿腳架在台北橋上卡位，將腳架以鐵鍊綑綁、上鎖，還po網炫耀「第一個到」，遭網友痛批：「攝影道德真的很差！」不到半天即獲上百網友力挺，怒嗆要幫忙加鎖、灌3秒膠。警方說腳架卡位已觸法，最重可處2400元，但今天中午發現腳架已自行撤除。

新北市警察局交通大隊執法組表示，依照《道路交通管理處罰條例》規定，在道路上堆積設置足以妨礙交通的物品，可處1200元到2400元，人在現場則舉發開單，責令其清除；人不在現場，視同廢棄物逕以清除。
