【短片】殘忍殺狗防疫　上百民眾農委會抗議

【簡銘柱／台北報導】為了對抗狂犬病疫情擴散，雲林縣古坑鄉以「抓流浪狗送白米」為對策，今天下午1時許，上百名民眾聚集在行政院農委會前，痛斥古坑鄉假借防疫之名，對流浪貓、犬進行撲殺，呼籲農委會應該對流浪貓、犬施打疫苗，才能防阻狂犬病疫情擴散。
