台北飆高溫破紀錄　8天16人中暑送醫

【余思維、莊淇鈞／台北報導】熱浪來襲，台北地區今夏高溫飆破百年紀錄。台北市及新北市消防局統計，八月份至昨天為止共有16件疑似熱衰竭（俗稱中暑）送醫案例，其中北市5件、新北11件，多數都是在戶外發生頭暈、四肢無力、意識模糊等不適症狀，由旁人或自行打119求救，經送醫治療。

台北市消防局提醒，發生熱衰竭時會出現大量出汗、頭暈、噁心、神智不清等身體警訊，應先至陰涼處休息、搧風降溫，適量補充水份、電解質，嚴重者可在頸部、腋下或鼠蹊部等處局部動脈冰敷，呼籲因熱衰竭不適的民眾誤急忙喝冰水，以及全身大面積冰水沖洗，以免皮膚毛細孔急速收縮，將熱量集中體內無法散出。
