丟一根菸蒂被起訴　法官判無罪還清白

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化縣二林鎮一處農地的失竊３００台斤火龍果，警方現場勘驗發現１根菸蒂，經採集唾液比對，發現與陳姓男子相符，地檢署據此將陳男依加重竊盜罪嫌起訴；陳男喊冤稱：「我是經過時抽菸彈菸蒂掉在那裡！」。

彰化地院今天審結該案，法官認為菸蒂為質輕且易隨手拋棄之物，陳男所述有理，且也無其他證據顯示陳男有涉案，判決陳男無罪。
