制裁結束　菲國紅色旅遊警示降為灰色

【何哲欣／台北報導】外交部長林永樂昨晚宣布，自即日起取消對菲國的11項制裁。外交部領務局上午也發通知，取消菲國的「紅色」旅遊警示燈號，恢復以往所發布燈號，菲國全境為「灰色」，南部民答那峨島則為「橙色」；此外，菲國人士持憑美、加、日、歐盟申根及澳紐等國有效簽證者來台，可用網路登錄享免簽證入境我國待遇。
