軍情黑手鬥垮楊念祖？　 軍方駁空穴來風

【晏明強／台北報導】最新一期出刊的《時報周刊》報導，「軍情黑手鬥垮楊念祖前部長」，國防部中午發出新聞稿澄清，相關報導內容充滿想像、無中生有，純屬空穴來風並非事實，國防部深表遺憾。

國防部指出，楊前部長請辭係因個人疏忽，故負起責任，向馬總統與行政院江院長請辭負責。民進黨北市黨部執行長朱政麒亦主動說明，是意外發現楊在《決戰時刻》書中掛名發表的文章有抄襲之嫌，遂向《壹週刊》投訴，並非任何人提供資訊或授意，亦非軍方內鬥，且《決戰時刻》是由「時英出版社」出版，並非由軍情局資助編印。
