台北市高溫持續攀升，中央氣象局觀測，今天中午1時16分達攝氏38.8度，平台北市史上高溫紀錄。

氣象局紀錄，台北市最高溫是出現在2003年8月9日38.8度，其次是2003年8月8日的38.7度；原本今天中午出現38.5度，是台北史上第6、8月第3高溫；不過，不到30分鐘後，就平了台北史上高溫紀錄。

氣象局觀測，台北市氣溫今天一路攀升，上午11時29分就達36.8度，中午12時21分升到37.7度，12時45分又升到38.2度，12時50分再升到38.5度，中午1時16分飆到38.8度。
