標題[閒聊] 自傳的重要性

想請問大家認為自傳的重要性爬文 + Google 發現分成兩派重要性 1.重要 2.參考寫法 1.條列 2.傳統 HR看每份履歷幾乎不到一分鐘，自傳我想是用掃過去了吧? 看有沒有亮點，應該不會在意家庭背景、成長環境、社團經驗吧我身旁周遭朋友，有些人是用自傳精靈寫出來的還有人寫的也很普通，看就知道是網路修改的貼上來批踢踢應該會被砲很慘那種 P.S 身邊都是理工科系他們還是有大公司找去面試，現在也都順利工作中有個朋友是112碩畢，他說他只有在104寫履歷自傳完全空白，也一堆公司想找他面試讓我懷疑 HR真的都會認真看自傳嗎？還是有時間才看看而已呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.96.227
