國建下半年推案　鎖定換屋族

【劉曉霞／台北報導】國泰建設(2501)下半年推案重心放在中南部，鎖定換屋族群，主推換屋產品。國建今日開高走高，盤中漲幅逾半根停板，在21.4元價位附近整理。

國建928檔期有機會推出台中忠太東路案，預定主打換屋族，坪數規劃60~80坪，總銷15億元，單坪開價可望上看30萬元。下半年另一推案則是預定在10月推出的高雄地近凹仔底捷運站案，該案也瞄準換屋族，主推60~80坪產品，總銷約20億元。

國建下半年推案重心放在中南部，今日盤中漲幅逾半根停板。
