洪仲丘案 被告提軍檢提起公訴

陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡案偵結，軍高檢上午公布被告軍官、士官起訴情況，被告542旅旅長沈威志、副旅長何江忠、旅部連連長徐正信、副連長劉延俊、士官長陳以人、上士范佐憲、戒護士陳毅勳、戒護士李念祖，都提起公訴。陳毅勳、李念祖被控凌虐部屬罪，其他沈威志、何江忠、徐正信、劉延俊、陳以人、范佐憲都被控職權妨害自由與對部屬施以法定種類以外懲罰罪。
