殺童魔免死刑　家屬哭喊：司法死了

【綜合報導】台南市男子曾文欽（29歲）只因失業想吃牢飯，在孩童視為樂園的湯姆熊遊樂場隨機割喉殺害11歲男童方嘉豪，落網後還嗆：「殺1、2人不會判死刑！」引發各界撻伐，檢方起訴也求處死刑，不料台南地院昨竟真如曾男所願，僅判他無期徒刑，更引發各界譁然。方小弟的父親難過說：「誰來還給我兒子一個公道？」方小弟的姑姑更激動哭喊：「台灣司法死了！」

法官判決理由指出，主要考量曾男有憂鬱及焦慮症狀，再加上他的智能程度、學歷不足及身心疾病影響，並非全然泯滅人性，仍有教化改過的可能，才判處無期徒刑。
