【綜合報導】美國大兵曼寧涉嫌將美軍在阿富汗與伊拉克的作戰紀錄，以及逾25萬筆美國駐外使館機密電文，上傳給維基解密（WikiLeaks），遭美國政府指控多項罪名。維基創辦人艾桑吉（Julian Assange）對此表示：「危險的先例」。

目前人在厄瓜多駐英國大使館的艾桑吉十分關注曼寧案，美國軍事法庭30日裁定曼寧多項罪名成立，艾桑吉在接受媒體專訪時表示：「曼寧被指控有罪將引發革命，促使民主改革」，並稱曼寧確實是個不折不扣的告密者，但提供確切資訊不能與間諜相提並論，「曼寧是英雄」。
