企業上修全年獲利　美股漲

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】投資人靜候美國聯準會（Federal Reserve，Fed）為期2天決策會議結果之際，受惠於伊士曼化學（Eastman Chemical）等企業上修全年獲利預估值，美股開高，其中道瓊工業指數一度漲逾23點，或0.15%至15544點。
