上午烈日當空 午後防雷雨

今天由於太平洋高壓勢力逐漸增強，臺灣附近水氣減少，因此上午雲量稀疏，烈日當空，各地多是晴朗炎熱的天氣，許多地區早上８時氣溫就可接近３０度，預測最高溫約在３２至３４度之間，西半部地區以及宜蘭山區、花蓮山區還是可能有午後雷陣雨發生，提醒大家，白天在戶外活動要注意防曬、小心中暑，而中午過後外出記得攜帶雨具備用，並且提防瞬間大雨、雷擊或強陣風等現象，在山區或河川附近活動也要隨時留意天氣變化與溪水暴漲，注意安全。

明後兩天太平洋高壓勢力慢慢增強，午後雷陣雨的情形會比前幾天緩和，降雨區域主要分佈在中部以北地區、南部山區、東北部及東部山區，降雨的範圍和程度也會逐日減少。
