【林海全／素真針對542旅少將旅長沈威志今天被高等軍事檢察署由洪仲丘案的證人改列被告，且在偵訊後諭令三十萬元交保，洪仲丘的母親胡素真晚間受訪時表示：「仲丘送去關禁閉的公文，最後就是由沈威志蓋章批准，如果不是他（指沈威志）核准，仲丘就不會去關禁閉、枉死，他當然應該負責！」
