獨家　鄭立中八月訪金門推金廈通水快上路

【何哲欣／台北報導】兩岸海基、海協兩會六月簽署《服務貿易協議》，並協調如何解決金門用水問題。據了解，海協會副會長鄭立中下月初將再度來台，鎖定金門、馬祖、澎湖三個離島。金門藍委楊應雄說，鄭立中到金門，最重要的議題就是談與中國廈門通水，將再作最後的確認，並請我方行政部門僅速啟動作業，若一切順利，金廈通水應指日可待。
 
金門面臨超抽地下水等問題，必須積極爭取境外引水，金門縣府原本有意用船運方式向中國買水後，運回金門；也有台商號召興建金廈大橋，解決金門水荒，但鄭立中認為，目前最好的辦法是從福建晉江的出海口直接引水到金門，工程及技術上都沒有問題。
