軍檢辦洪仲丘案 再傳兩證人

高等軍事檢察署檢察長史勝德今天下午表示，專案小組上午開會比對出洪仲丘部分案情還有疑點，於是在下午傳兩名證人，進一步釐清案情，讓證據、起訴資料更完整。

史勝德表示，將來司法、軍法審理程序都要經過交互詰問，證人的證詞也要接受軍事法庭法官、檢察官、被告律師詰問，法庭上的攻防戰都要有法律依據，不是甲或乙講些口說無憑的言詞。所以，證據內容完整與否，攸關追訴犯罪成功與否，因此任何有助於釐清案情的爆料，歡迎檢舉。

另外，洪仲丘家屬質疑相驗的部分，今天原本安排法醫石台平和家屬見面說明，因為家屬沒到場，由軍事檢察官直接製作石台平專家證人偵訊筆錄。
