標題[討論] 關於離職後請員工簽"保密條約"

事情是這樣的~之前公司有個資深老員工~ 待了快十五年吧~最近交接完要離職了, 我們家老闆為了答謝他請大家吃飯歡送她, 還送了她一台筆電,之後... 當老員工要跟公司要離職證明時,老闆要她簽一張 "保密切結書"...在我的想法來說,在商言商... 這是很正常的事情~(我內心的os) 但是其他同事竊竊私語的再說~老闆這樣也太傷人了~ 怎樣怎樣~(我也就笑笑著沒回應甚麼) 各位大大的看法是甚麼呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 222.251.12.125
