何江忠542旅「大魔王」　懲罰到他手變更重

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，下令將洪仲丘關禁閉的542旅副旅長何江忠，根據「TVBS新聞」報導，是個懲罰士兵以嚴苛出名的「大魔王」，所有的懲罰到他手上，都會變得更加嚴重。
 
「TVBS新聞」報導，有542旅退伍好幾年的一名士兵今天站出來說，他之前有一次犯錯，已經確定要「禁足」，但簽到何江忠手上，「他就很生氣說要加重」變成「禁閉」。
 
也有網友爆料，何江忠曾在北竿當參謀主任上校，「整個島只有少將比他大，所以他車到哪哪邊就風聲鶴唳」，何到542旅後，作風依然沒變。
