【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】全美住宅建築商協會（NAHB）周二公布7月NAHB房產市場指數由6月51攀升至57，創7年半以來新高紀錄，優於先前市場預期51，顯示美國多數的建築商認為市況前景佳。

該指數高於50表示認為市況良好的建築商人數多於認為市場狀況不佳的建築商人數。
