西班牙經濟部長Luis De Guindos在《El Pais》周日(14日)刊出的1篇專訪文章中說道：「西班牙經濟將在下半年成長，但政府仍須實施改革與削減赤字–以正常速度–來不停地復甦。」

西班牙經濟部長Luis De Guindos在《El Pais》周日(14日)刊出的1篇專訪文章中說道：「西班牙經濟將在下半年成長，但政府仍須實施改革與削減赤字–以正常速度–來不停地復甦。」

de Guindos表示：「衰退已經結束。現在的問題是復甦力道將有多強。」

他接著說道：「復甦情形宛如溫室中必須被照料的1朵小花...利用西班牙經濟的改革、日漸改善的信用以及正確的削減財政赤字速度來照料它。」

西班牙經濟在前(2011)年年底時步入衰退。

在今(2013)年首季經濟萎縮0.5%以後，該國政府預估第2季經濟成長率將更接近於零。
