【許麗珍／台北報導】針對蘇力颱風災後復原進度，台北市長郝龍斌今表示，北市至今還有約2000戶仍停電，且集中在北投、士林區，他希望台電能全力搶修，今天全部恢復供電，他也已要求相關局處要在明天上班日前，讓市容和市民生活恢復正常。對於颱風期間發生多起路樹倒塌，造成民眾汽、機車受損，可否申請國賠，他強調，颱風是不可抗力的天災，但市府會全力協助民眾，在符合國賠條件下，申請國賠若有疑義，北市法務局可提供法律諮詢。
