「借少女手自淫」　性侵偷拍累犯被起訴

一名29歲馬姓男子曾因性侵及偷拍案件入監服刑，但沒想到出獄後仍然不改惡習，竟又犯下「借少女手自淫 」犯行，經新北地檢署偵結後，依強制猥褻罪嫌將他起訴。

根據媒體消息報導，今年2月26日晚間，馬男尾隨女高中生返家進入新北市永和區某公寓大門後，立即要求女高中生借他左手，而由於警戒心低，女高中生誤以為是要「傳教」，所以答應馬男並閉上雙眼。

沒想到幾分鐘後，竟感覺左手有奇怪觸感，睜眼卻驚見男子竟然是借她的手在手淫，惶恐之餘想要逃脫，但卻無法掙脫，直到馬男射精後才脫險。
