化學車追撞四車 釀一死四傷

高雄市岡山交流道上午11點多，發生一起連環車禍，一輛大型車翻車，導致5輛大小汽車追撞一起，造成1人死亡、4人受傷。

一輛載運硫磺的化學運輸車，疑似因為車速過快又未注意前方路況，直接撞上前方冷凍貨櫃車，化學車司機當場死亡，前方遭撞擊的車輛又再向前撞擊其他車輛，總共5輛大貨車及1輛小貨車連環追撞，造成4名駕駛輕傷，北上車道封閉近3個小時。
