花蓮上午艷陽高照　海邊掀起10米巨浪

【王文傑／花蓮報導】中颱蘇力逐漸逼近，但花蓮上午仍是艷陽高照，海邊拉起封鎖線不得進入，有不少民眾至花蓮港東堤觀浪，一波波洶湧巨浪拍打堤防激起10米浪花。民眾笑說：「浪花壯觀，但現在拍浪會被晒傷啦！」

氣象局預估蘇力颱風暴風圈將於今天下午接觸花東陸地，提醒民眾要做好防颱，避免進入山區及低窪地區，以策安全。
