蘇力影響　雙北各法院下午取消開庭

【綜合報寶】北市、新北市政府基於氣象預報今天下午風勢雨量將達標準，宣布下午2時起停止上班上課，轄區內的高等法院、行政法院、台北地院、台北地檢、新北地院、新北地檢、士林地院、士林地檢、智慧財產法院，上午庭期正常舉行，中午之後，取消預定開庭並停止上班，法院、地檢署將另行通知案件當事人開庭時間，至於預定下午宣判案件，法官將在颱風假過後，另行宣判，法警室的交保、通緝、聲請羈押等案件照常進行。
