酒測器測空氣 員警包庇同事

桃園市爆發派出所員警包庇同事酒駕的警界醜聞。

去年6月，任職於大園派出所的吳姓員警，處理酒駕車禍時，發現當事人是派出所的學長，竟然拿酒測器對空氣酒測，酒測值為0.00，不過送醫後，醫院抽血發現，員警酒測值竟高達1.03，被外界批評，警方包庇。

只要吹一下就知道有沒有酒駕，為了防止酒駕，警方大力抽查臨檢，就怕酒後駕車釀成意外，不過卻傳出，一名桃園大園派出所的員警，包庇同事酒駕。

去年，吳姓員警處理一起酒駕車禍案件，發現酒駕的竟是學長莊姓員警，便以手動的方式，對空氣酒測，開出為酒測值為0的酒測單，並偽造簽名，企圖掩蓋，莊姓警員酒駕的事實。

不過受傷員警送醫後，血液酒測值高達1.03豪克，與原先的酒測值完全不同，員警包庇自己人的行為，才東窗事發，事後，桃園地檢署將酒駕的莊姓警員依圖利罪，而吳姓警員則依變造公文書罪起訴，身為警察，知法犯法酒後駕車，甚至包庇自家警員，不但傷了警紀，也讓警界蒙羞。
