房市總價帶　北1500萬內、中南400萬內最多

【張菱育／台北報導】根據今年1~4月的內政部提供的不動產成交案件實價資訊申報登錄資料顯示，全台5大都會區的主要成交總價帶，台北市成交總價帶在1000~1499萬元居多，約22.2%，新北市總價則為500~999萬元佔46.2%最多，而桃園、台中、高雄總價帶在200~399萬元，佔2成5。

有巢氏房屋副總經理劉炳耀表示，內湖、文山區位於台北市郊區，價格相較市中心較親民，首購族較可負擔。而新北市淡水區因機能較成熟，且未來綠山線輕軌捷運將通車，房市也持續受到關注，汐止區則因未來汐科站捷運台鐵化，也成為買方的一項購屋選擇。
