誆陰毒卡陰放仙丹性侵　神棍判3年8月

【許淑惠／台中報導】擔任中市「虛空古元宮住持」的80歲陳姓老翁，向1名離婚及長期飽受婦科疾病的婦人佯稱嬰靈纏身，要藉宮廟神明除「陰毒」，否則未來恐罹癌，陳翁命婦人脫光衣物，以神力治療之名撫摸全身，再誆稱陰毒卡在私密處，須放入仙丹，借機以手指性侵。
 
婦人提告後稱「只要教訓他，不希望他被關到死」，一審依強制性交罪判陳翁3年8月，陳翁上訴，辯稱這是治療行為，婦人也同意，台中高分院指陳翁沒有悔意、還操弄神鬼，駁回上訴。
