新制7月上路　居家裝修須報管委會

【潘姿羽／台北報導】內政部公告修正「公寓大廈裝修規約範本」，新制將於7月1日上路，屆時居家裝修不再只是你家的事！

7月起，民眾自家進行裝修需向社區管委會簽定「室內裝修工程具結書」，確保裝修過程的環境整潔，亦須張貼公告寫明裝修期間，讓其他住戶知悉，以減少糾紛。
。若有損及建物其他結構應及時修復。

7月起居家裝修須告知管委會並簽具切結書，確保社區居住安寧和環境整潔。
