容積獎勵大幅縮減　台中建商搶照爆量

【王鈞生／台中報導】建築物容積獎勵措施，今年7月起將大幅縮減，根據台中市都市發展局建照統計，今年5月台中市建照核發256件、住宅核准戶數達2934戶，較今年4月核准戶數1560戶增加近1倍，更較去年同期357戶大幅增加逾7倍。

台中市建築經營協會監事許瑞生表示，台中市1年新屋總戶數約1萬2000戶，今年受容積獎勵新法規影響，出現搶照現象，雖然案量大幅增加、消化時間拉長，不過依目前房市熱度，不至於對市場產生太大波動。
