【短片】將官晉任　總統馬英九握手致意

【王炯華／台北報導】國軍2013年下半年陸海空軍將官晉任布達暨授階典禮上午在台北三軍軍官俱樂部舉行，共有國安局主任祕書何保林等7人晉任中將，總統府侍尉室主任沈能策等17人晉任少將。

總統馬英九在出席授階典禮時，特別勉勵所有晉升將官說，「都是才德學識獲得上級長官肯定，並且有傑出工作表現，希望未來能繼續保國衛民。」並與晉升將官一一握手致意。

此次將官晉任典禮中，以海軍艦指部副部指官高天忠的女兒高華霜為父親更換中將肩章，成為會場焦點。
