標題[問題] 東區富農街中華禮居

手機發文，如排版混亂還請包涵｡最近看上了東區富農街的中華禮居社區(宇慶建設) 實地看過之後環境都很好，只是屋主當時沒買車位朋友說那邊不好停車，沒專屬車位的話不建議下手不過我想這還算好解決，因為我目前也還沒有車，而且地下室也可以租車位想請問板上那個社區或者附近的住戶除了附近在2005發生的一氧化碳中毒慘案是否還有其他漏水、淹水、壞鄰居或者其他不推的點，感謝大家了現在年輕人真的很難買房子QQ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.76.16.103
