封測產業前景佳 日月光未來3年再投千億元

【楊喻斐／高雄報導】日月光（2311）營運長吳田玉在今日股東會前表示，對今年營運表現逐季成長看法不變，不過他認為，就整體半導體與封測產業來看，要逐季成長的難度其實有點高。
 
吳田玉引用研究機構Gartner預測今年半導體產業將成長4.8%，封測產業成長更高達9%的數字表示，日月光今年的成長會比整體半導體與封測產業還要高。
 
日月光過去3年大手筆投資了50億美元（約台幣1500億元），其中包含資本支出與研發費用，預估未來3年每年平均的投資金額也將不低於10億美元（約台幣300億元），在封測產業維持領先地位。
