立院三讀 散戶免徵證所稅

（中央社記者曾盈瑜台北25日電）立法院院會今天三讀修正通過所得稅法部分條文，證所稅取消收盤指數8500點課徵門檻，散戶免徵，售股新台幣10億元以上採設算課徵為主。

IPO（初次上市、上櫃股票）部分，維持出售10張以上核實課徵不變。

根據三讀修正通過條文，民國104年後售出股票金額超過10億元大戶，採設算課稅為主、核實課稅為輔；選設算所得為差額課稅，超過10億元部分，依千分之5計算，課徵稅率20％證所稅；選核實課稅可盈虧互抵，稅率15％。修法後，實施時效回溯到今年1月1日。1020625
