【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院上午發生激烈衝突，藍委吳育仁指控綠委林淑芬咬他左手手臂，導致第三級外傷。不過林淑芬受訪說：「他襲我胸耶！我才咬他！」至於是否道歉？她反問，被襲胸「我道什麼歉？」

對吳育仁質疑林淑芬若沒刷牙，可能傷口會感染導致蜂窩性組織炎。林淑芬反嗆：「這是胡扯！那他的手會不會有狂犬病病毒，我難道要去打預防針避免感染嗎？」林說，她願為上午抗爭過程中所有感覺到不愉快的委員表示歉意，她也致電被他潑到水、咖啡的何欣純、薛凌、謝國樑等立委道歉。
