摸奶買芝麻糖　10秒賠10萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】尤姓男子去年在台北市松山區某市場內，向雜貨店61歲老闆娘買芝麻糖，他見四下無人，竟以替她檢查乳癌為名，將手伸進婦人內衣內抓搓胸部10秒，被害人一再退後，並以雙手護胸，尤男仍不罷休，一再以言語調戲她，被害人一直閃避，尤男竟還伸手想摸婦人下體，剛好附近賣青草茶男子經過，被告才罷手。
 
被害人報案後，尤男坦承犯行，並與被害人和解，賠償10萬元由婦人代捐公益團體，台北地院依強制猥褻罪判他半年，緩刑2年，但被告要另服社區勞動60小時；仍可上訴。
