台北市政府日前雖然宣告「文林苑」案協商破局，但全國建商公會昨天公開讚許北市府，全國建商公會理事長吳寶田說，「過去政府都沒有擔責任，像鴕鳥一樣把頭埋在沙裡，這次把頭抬起來就要鼓勵。」

讓三方都可信任

吳寶田和北市建商公會理事長陳春銅共同呼籲，都市更新一定要走，台北市府這次協商兼顧情理法，讓問題得以處理，使建商重拾對都更的信心。
兩人還提到，台北市屋齡超過30年的房屋佔68.6％，共有6萬4691棟，未來都更協商應以和諧為要，協商平台應建立多元管道，導入業者較為務實，讓同意戶、反對戶、建商三方都可信任，建立公民對話。記者劉曉霞
