溫布頓網球錦標賽，台灣一哥盧彥勳在男單首輪對上世界第219地主英國球員瓦德(J.Ward)，首盤一開始顯得慢熱，一上來就被破發落於下風，幸好在第6局才成功破發，追成3比3平手，兩人互保發球局後到6比6平手，兩人以搶7定勝負，但盧彥勳也在一開始又以0比2落後，盧彥勳雖然一度追到4比4平手，可惜最後仍以4比7輸掉首，一開始陷於落後。
