微軟傳7月1日前宣布大改組　部分高層憂遭炒魷魚

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】微軟（Microsoft）執行長鮑默（Steve Ballmer）傳將下重手改革，可能在7月1日前向公司高層主管公布他的重組計劃，但因鮑默在擬定重組計劃過程中，未廣泛徵求高層主管意見，造成內部人心惶惶，唯恐自己的飯碗在重組中不保。

據科技網站AllThingsD引述消息人士報導，這次重組規模料將相當龐大，鮑默有意將這次重組結果當成個人的「豐功偉業」，由於許多資深主管都被隔絕在鮑默的決策過程之外，導致不少人憂心，這波重整將造成大量資深主管離職。
