【蘇聖怡／台北報導】立法院今針對國營事業預算進行朝野協商，不過，12年國教爭議仍是各界關注焦點，國民黨定調排富門檻148萬，是否來得及在臨時會完成修法？立法院長王金平受訪說，當然希望這次臨時會通過教育法法源，但要盡力協商處理，若在野黨反對，在時間點上不一定很如意。

親民黨團總召李桐豪說，總統馬英九在100年元旦上昭告天下，全面免學費，但卻一聲不響的改為排富，相對節省區區數十億，國家威信喪失，且政府承諾推行的12年國教，變成試也沒免、學費也沒免，課綱未形成，十二年國教失敗！李桐豪也要求，火是總統放的，就自己滅火，應給國人交代。
