高考起薪46k 鐵飯碗仍誘人 【大紀元6月9日報導】高普考將登場系列3（中央社記者葉素萍台北9日電）公務人員高普 考是年度規模最大的國家考試，高考三級及格，起薪新台幣4.6萬元，相較於民間企業， 公職起薪仍屬優渥。 今年高普考合計14.6萬人報名，雖然較去年稍減約1萬人，不過，今 年高考三級暫定需用名額2269人，普考暫定需用名額1273人，競爭依舊激烈。 行政院勞工委員會日前調查初任人員薪資，研究所及以上學歷起薪明顯貶值，薪資倒退， 大學起薪則較14年前少。 勞委會資料顯示，大學及專科學歷平均起薪不如14年前：大學畢業101年起薪2萬6722元， 88年起薪為2萬7462元；專科畢業101年起薪2萬3732元，88年起薪2萬4784元。 相較之下，公職鐵飯碗的起薪誘人。 獨立學院以上學校畢業學歷可應考高考三級，訓練期滿成績及格起薪約4.6萬元；高中職 學歷可報考普考，起薪約3.6萬元。 雖然考試院正在推動公務人員退休制度變革，以及考績法丙等淘汰，但志光教育科技集團 北區督導張家旗說，和民營機構相比較，高普考薪水待遇高，再加上相對穩定的環境，公 職考試對一般民眾，還是存在很大誘因。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.139.11
