針對會計法修法文字疏漏，教授最後可能不適用研究費除罪化，之前也曾因為報帳問題被檢調約談的台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今天受訪時表示，也許只是要為了顏清標解套，但也可看出整個政府立法、施政太粗糙，整個國家在空轉。他自己則是很樂觀，反正日子還是照樣過，回去繼續工作，是否會被抓去關，他說「隨便他啦」。對於媒體詢問，是否因為這些事情讓他有參政的意願，他也笑稱，正在慢慢在累積能量，「凍抹條（台語:忍不住）的時候就會出來」，也有人建議他們台大醫學系可組一團出來選舉。
