撞死曾御慈 酒駕男道歉懊悔

（中央社記者王朝鈺新北市3日電）新北地檢署今天約談涉嫌酒駕撞死台大女醫師曾御慈的詹姓男子，訊後15萬元交保。詹男訊後表示對不起曾御慈家屬，很懊悔。

曾御慈5月28日晚間返回土城住家時，遭酒駕的詹男撞成重傷，送往亞東醫院急診，31日送到台大醫院治療。家屬決定讓曾御慈遺愛人間，昨天完成腦死判定，將器官捐出。

新北地檢署上午以涉嫌酒駕致死、肇事逃逸罪被告身分，傳喚詹姓男子到案。據指出，詹男坦承酒駕致死罪，但否認肇事後逃逸。

詹男上次被檢察官諭令新台幣3萬元交保，今天加保12萬元，合計保釋金共15萬元。詹男訊後受訪表示，真的對不起曾御慈的家人，對於自己做錯事，感到很懊悔。1020603
