外資零售業在大陸發展頻遭滑鐵盧，有分析稱，租金、人工成本上漲是主因。大陸商務部發言人沈丹陽昨（30）日表示，經過一段時間快速發展後，外資發展放緩是市場競爭結果。

分析人士稱，除租金、人工成本上漲，包括大陸電子商務崛起，都對實體零售業帶來極大衝擊。

沈丹陽表示，不論外資還是大陸本土企業，都面臨同樣激烈的競爭環境。近期外資連鎖零售業出現停業、關店、合併等現象，以家電、建材零售業較明顯，這是激烈競爭下的結果，也是正常現象。

他說，經過一段時間快速發展後，部分外資零售企業已進入整合、調整階段，放慢了發展步伐。他強調，儘管如此，外資零售業在大陸仍有很多成功案例。
